My design process

Discover

I facilitate a collaborative discovery process, engaging with key stakeholders and synthesising artifacts—such as project briefs and research findings—to collectively define the core problem and uncover hidden pain points.

Define

By facilitating sessions to review research data, I help the team transform raw observations into actionable personas and journey maps. This collaborative mapping ensures that all key stakeholders are aligned on the user's journey and the 'jobs to be done'.

Design

I translate our strategy into sketches and user flows, using them as a foundation for team brainstorming. As I move from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, I facilitate continuous review cycles with cross-functional partners to stress-test the logic and polish the experience together.

Deliver

I deliver high-fidelity design systems that clearly document behaviour and interaction logic. To ensure a seamless transition, I lead handoff walk-throughs with engineering and QA teams to align on technical execution and facilitate stakeholder presentations to secure final buy-in.

Do it again

I treat design as a living process. Post-launch, I work closely with cross-functional partners to identify areas for optimisation and maintenance. Through ongoing feedback loops and future-state mapping, I ensure the product scales effectively while maintaining high design standards.
