I’ve always been a naturally empathetic person. Whether it’s instinctively stepping in to help someone or diving deep into a user's struggle, I find my greatest professional fulfilment in helping people achieve their goals as swiftly and effectively as possible. This drive is what led me into the world of UX Design.

What I bring to the team

I don’t believe great design happens in a vacuum. With a background in Mass Communications and Account Management, I’ve spent years bridging the gap between business requirements and creative execution. I thrive on bringing people together—facilitating ideation sessions with stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to ensure we are all aligned on the "why" before we dive into the "how."

My Journey

Currently, I lead design efforts for high-stakes, live solutions within the Australian wealth management and fintech space. My role involves everything from helping maintain complex design systems to facilitating the discovery phase for new enterprise-level clients. I take pride in surfacing blockers early and ensuring my team is equipped to handle the intricate demands of highly regulated industries.

Previously, I managed flagship mobile and web platforms across several Southeast Asian markets. Whether I’m leading a major app facelift or spearheading exploratory research initiatives, my goal is always to deliver pixel-perfect, validated solutions that are ready for seamless developer handoff.
